Welcome to the home of the Eastern Panhandle Chapter of the West Virginia University Alumni Association. The Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia represents one of the largest concentrations of WVU graduates in the state of West Virginia. The Chapter is involved in the important areas of student recruiting, advocacy and job networking. If you currently are not a member we invite you to join us in telling the WVU story and supporting the Mountaineers!

Club was started in December 1992.

Club activities have included:

• Jet Charters to the Carquest Bowl, Notre Dame, Boston College, and Wisconsin games

• Mountaineer Express II - Train trip to the away Notre Dame game

• Regular bus trips to the Pitt, Maryland, Syracuse, and Virginia Tech away football games, Georgetown basketball games, and other selected home and away games

Regular meetings with past featured speakers including Ed Pastilong, Gale Catlett, Garrett Ford, Drew Catlett, Jay Jacobs, Greg Van Zant, Susan Walvius, Tony Caridi, Greg Hunter, Coach Bill Stewart, WVU Hall of Fame inductee Bill Douglas and other Mountaineer personalities.

The club regularly works with the Eastern Panhandle WVU Alumni Chapter, and the Mountaineer Athletic Club, in assisting with the Mountaineer Golf Series and various social outings including picnics and events at the Charles Town Races.

The EPMFC established a $50,000 scholarship in 2001 and the scholarship has been more than one-half funded.

No dues, just fun and support of the Mountaineers. All Mountaineer Fans are welcome!
